PS: For those who wish to arrive the weekend before (Friday 1st April 2005) please be cautious of the new Sea Wall and lock at the entrance to Bembridge Harbour. The lock is manned 24 hours per day and the lock keeper can be contacted on VHF Channel 98. Please observe the traffic light system and do not enter on a green light. Charges for use of the lock are free to inward bound vessels and £58 per boat for outward-bound vessels. Please be aware that there may be severe delays during busy periods to access the lock
