ROYAL CLARENCE MARINA MIDSUMMER BARBEQUE

THEMED LEGENDS OF THE SEA
18th JUNE

We will be holding the next Rally at the Royal Clarence Marina at Gosport. I have provisionally booked for up to 30 boats on the night of Saturday 18th June but will need to confirm numbers as soon as possible. There will be berths available on the evening of Friday 17th June if anyone wishes to arrive early.

We will be arranging a visit to the Explosion Museum at 14.00 on Saturday PM which is a short walk from the Marina. On Saturday evening there will be a Fancy Dress BBQ get together at the Marina. The theme is LEGENDS OF THE SEA please come in appropriate attire! There will be a prize for the best dressed Legend (adult and child). Please bring your own food to the BBQ together with plenty of wine and beer. We will provide some drinks to get the party going.

I need to know your arrival and departure dates, your length and name of boat and how many people will be on the boat. Can you also let us know if would like to visit the Explosion Museum on Saturday afternoon and the number of people in your party wishing to attend.

Please reply by FRIDAY 10th JUNE latest so that I can confirm bookings with the marina and the Explosion Museum. If possible an earlier response would be helpful.
